I absolutely loved this place; it was easy to find, had very friendly staff at the reception, and its location near the metro was fantastic.

Enjoyed having a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a work desk in the room during my stay.

The room had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television, which I appreciated. the room was extremely spacious and easy to move around in. - the private bathroom was a nice touch. - the location was particularly good, around a 10-15 minute walk from Kanda Shrine.

Upscale and clean accommodation with marvellous location close enough to two major Tokyo metro lines as well as quiet.

Beds were very hard.

Modern and fairly clean accommodation with great location right by Don Quijote and many other game, manga and anime shops and Akihabara shops and JR Station. Easy check in and efficient check out. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too...

I loved the location of this hotel, it was so convenient! Everything from food, transportation, entertainment, and even banks were within easy reach. I didn't have to go far to find anything I needed. the staff was also very helpful, always ready to assist with any problems or questions I had. the bath at the hotel was very nice, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

There were a few things that I didn't like about this hotel. the elevator situation was quite frustrating.
